Camden Roofing & Construction is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our Team! 

As a Production Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget and timeline. 

Summary of essential job functions:

• Oversees and monitors the production process.
• Ensure crew supervisors manage crew: submit crew paperwork, approve crew’s invoices, provide crew supplies i.e. company t-shirts, and signage.
• Ensuring that safety guidelines are provided to the crew, providing and educating crew on guidelines.
• Manages quality control, ensures complete compliance and schedules final inspections.
• Manage job, material and labor pricing updates in Company CRM.
• Hire, supervising and motivating all department employees and crews.
• Reviewing the performance of subordinates.
• Track competencies of subordinates and provide leadership and development as required to achieve the objectives.
• Liaising among different departments.
• Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations.

Minimum requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience in roofing production or construction management. Osha 10 or 30 certification. 
• Management skills, leadership skills, planning skills, critical thinking, problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, negotiation, able to influence and lead.
• Proven track record in managing production.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, identify and address problems & meet deadlines.
• Ability to create and manage production budgets.
• Knowledge of the product offering and client needs.

Salary: $50,000 – $80,000 plus bonuses
