Production Manager
As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
Summary of essential job functions:
- Oversees and monitors the production process.
- Ensure crew supervisors manage crew: submit crew paperwork, approve crew’s invoices, and provide crew supplies i.e. company t-shirts, and signage.
- Ensuring that safety guidelines are provided to the crew, providing and educating crew on guidelines.
- Manages quality control, ensures complete compliance, and schedules final inspections.
- Manage job, material, and labor pricing updates in Company CRM.
- Hire, supervise, and motivate all department employees and crews.
- Reviewing the performance of subordinates.
- Track competencies of subordinates and provide leadership and development as required to achieve the objectives.
- Liaising among different departments.
- Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations.
Minimum requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in roofing production or construction management. Osha 10 or 30 certification.
- Management skills, leadership skills, planning skills, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, negotiation, and ability to influence and lead.
- Proven track record in managing production.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, identify and address problems & meet deadlines.
- Ability to create and manage production budgets.
- Knowledge of the product offering and client needs.
